My dedication and focus is to excel in Real Estate with education and earning valuable designations. I know buying and selling homes is a tremendous stress for most buyers and sellers, so I must have continuing education to ease the process. The technology is changing so rapidly especially with Austin Texas real estate, that you have to stay on top to assist your clients. I also feel it is important to make this process fun and joyous for you as well.

My home has been in Austin and surrounding cities since 1978...things have really changed since then. If there is anyone who knows all the roads, the back roads, the neighborhoods and the time savers... it's me. I have trapsed (Texan word) up and down these roads helping my clients through their many transitions and I would like to help you too. Central Texas is a wonderful place to live and grow and I am happy to call it home.

Never to old to learn
Since I take my work very seriously, I felt I needed to have the knowledge to pass on to my clients. I achieved one of the highest designations in my field. That of GRI, which stands for Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. This designation is a very intense training and schooling program. It can take 2 years to complete because of the hours you spend attending the classes and passing the tests. But it is well worth it. GRI status statistically will earn 17% more commissions than a Realtor w/no designation.....why? Because, we get more referrals from satisfied clients and friends. In addition to the GRI, I have the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and the SRS (Seller Residential Specialist) to compliment my clients.
My clients are from all walks of life and income. From Sun City Texas residents to first time homebuyers, I love them all.

When we learned we were moving to Texas, we were so excited. By chance, we ran into a lady who was also moving to our area and asked her if she knew a good Realtor. She exclaimed - you have to use Suzanne, she is the best! I called her and we instantly fell in love with her. By the time we got to town, she had sent us several hundreds of homes to view and had narrowed down a neighborhood and a home for us. We walked into the home and bought it an hour later.
