Living in Springbrook Glen
Springbrook Glen is a sleepy little neighborhood of about 400 residents in the heart of Pflugerville, TX. It is an established community with prim lawns and brick/stone enclosed homes. The layout is such that there isn't alot of traffic going thru the neighborhood. So, needless to say, the kids play in the yards and street. It is a family oriented place but I have sold to many retirees because they say it keeps them young.

Currently, the HOA is improving the park by adding a granite walk path, sprinkler systems, benches, new swings, trash cans and more landscaping. There are volleyball and basketball courts and a gazebo. There was talk of building a Clubhouse and pool but that has been put on the back burner due to costs and doubling the HOA fees.
