Georgetown is one of the fastest growing towns in Texas. Sun City/Del Webb helped achieve that status and has assisted in making Georgetown a point of destination. Although Sun City isn't the only active senior community, there are several, but Sun City is the largest. It has 3 golf courses, miles of hike and bike, its own Fire Station and EMS services, 3 pools (inside and out), Crafts and wood working centers and the list goes on and on.
